The Sigma Stroke Mechanics tiers are comprised of our developing talent. Most swimmers who are members of Tiers 3, 4, and 5 have been swimming for at least 1-2 years, are still developing their aerobic base, are learning how to achieve race pace in practice, and most importantly, have stroke technique improvement as their top priority.
Most Tier 3, 4, and 5 swimmers have caught the "swimming bug" and look forward to swim practice. In addition to swimming, these swimmers may also be involved in other sports and extracurricular activities. Nevertheless, whenever they come to swim, they are enthusiastic.
